Based on the data we collect from you we select the correct grade of materials, production methodology, affixment method to your application, along with the precise thickness for the available space. We have a number of options available to design solutions that can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 2,800° F (1,500° C). Typical product thickness ranges from 1/24" - 2” (1-50 mm) but other custom sizes are available based on application needs. We use the latest and most sophisticated 2-D and 3-D drawings using AUTOCAD and CATIA capable of handling multiple file formats including IGS and STP.
